Dear Craig & Liz,

Congratulations again on your engagement and upcoming wedding! I am excited to introduce my studio and this custom proposal for your review. I hope you take the time to learn a little more about what me and what I have to offer.

A little bit about myself. I am currently located in sunny SoCal with my family, but I travel all over the globe to document my clients’ love stories. I have a bachelor’s degree in architecture and worked in a large architecture firm in my previous life. My imageries are informed by the environment and I love incorporating the uniqueness of each venue into my portraiture. I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed in the way I tell the story of your big day!

In 2017, I had the honor of being named top Film Photographer by Belle Lumiere wedding magazine. I also teach workshops for other photographers all around the world. My work has been seen in all major wedding blogs in the US such as Brides, Vogue, Martha Stewart, Style Me Pretty, Ruffled, 100 Layer Cake, Once Wed, Ceremony Magazine, The Knot, and other select international publications.

QUESTIONS?

Our photography style is timeless, authentic, and evokes the feeling of gentle joy and sense of nostalgia.

During peak season, turnaround time will be no more than 8 weeks. During off season, our current average is about 4 weeks after wedding.

Yes we do! We have traveled extensively to capture our clients’ love stories. We will go wherever your heart desires.

Studio policy requires signed contract & 50% retainer in order to consider the date officially locked in. Your payment is then divided up into 2 equal payments, with last payment due a month prior to the wedding.

All collections include Second photographer. An additional assistant might be needed based on timeline. Assistant will be added to the team pending on Client approval.

Absolutely! We will customize a collection to fit your specific needs. No event is too large for us to photography.

Short answer, no. We make it as easy for our clients as possible; your proposal already includes all applicable travel fees for the entire team.
